Build strength and confidence while learning how to use the gentle postures of yoga to bring calmness to the body, mind, and spirit.

During this gentle pace class, the experienced instructor will introduce fundamental postures, proper alignment, and breathwork in a nurturing and grounding environment that will help you build flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. In this class, you can expect to do both chair and mat postures. The class concludes with soothing sounds from ceramic and brass sound bowls, an experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Committed to growing the legacy of Cleveland’s oldest farmers’ market, The Coit Road Farmers’ Market has long been a leader in engaging the community in local food options. Situated at the heart of one of Greater Cleveland’s most challenged areas, the Market offers an oasis of green, fresh, and nutritious foods, from produce to baked goods, local cheeses to free-range meats. More than 20 vendors serve thousands of customers year-round, providing one of the region’s few winter markets and a greatly expanded produce offering during the summer growing season.
