Ohio City Farm
The Ohio City Farm CSA offers members prepaid shares of fresh, locally grown produce, with weekly or seasonal options, supporting sustainable agriculture and providing ongoing resources and community engagement throughout the year.

City Fresh
City Fresh is a farm box program working to increase food access in Northeast Ohio while building community and supporting local farmers. Shares come in single and family sizes, with flexible pricing and SNAP/EBT accepted.

Food Depot to Health
Food Depot to Health helps individuals and families connect food, wellness, and community. Purchase plants to grow your own produce or order a 4-week CSA share.

Produce Perks
Produce Perks doubles SNAP/EBT dollars—up to $25 at farmers’ markets and $15 at grocery stores—for fruits and vegetables, with no sign-up required.

Family Fruit & Vegetable Coupons
The Family Fruit & Vegetable Coupon Program provides eligible Ohio families with $140 in coupons to purchase fruits and vegetables at participating locations.

Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program
The SFMNP offers low-income seniors financial support to buy eligible, locally grown produce at farmers markets, farm stands, and similar venues.
North Union Farmers' Markets
Food for All: North Union Farmers Market proudly accepts and matches (up to $25) SNAP at all market locations. SNAP recipients may bring their Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards to the farmers market information table for service. Summer Access Programs also include WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Coupons, Senior Farmers Market Coupons, TANF Coupons, and more!

Old Brooklyn market vendors can accept a wide variety of incentive payment methods found in the Cleveland area. WIC, WIC Perks, SNAP, Produce Perks, TANF, Senior Nutrition Program, and Produce Rx Program.
Building food access and sustainability in Brooklyn Centre, where fresh produce is grown by and for the community. Over the past five years, they’ve served as a hub for connection and growth, hosting Saturday service days, Garden Grubs community meals, Brooklyn Centre Neighborhood Meetings, youth literacy initiatives, movie nights, and more.
